替米沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死合并心房颤动的临床效果

Clinical effect of telmisartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation

目的探讨替米沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死合并心房颤动的临床效果,为急性心肌梗死合并心房颤动患者的临床治疗提供参考。方法选取我院2014年12月至2016年8月收治的48例急性心肌梗死合并心房颤动患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各24例。对照组患者给予胺碘酮进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上再使用替米沙坦进行治疗,比较两组患者的住院天数、病死率及院内转复率。结果研究组患者的住院天数明显少于对照组,治疗期间的病死率明显低于对照组,且院内转复率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死合并心房颤动患者使用替米沙坦联合胺碘酮进行治疗能够取得良好的临床效果,大大提高了转复率,并显著降低了患者的病死率,减少了患者的住院天数,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of telmisartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation. Methods Forty-eight cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amiodarone, and the study group was given telmisartan combined with amiodarone. The hospitalization time, mortality and sinus heart rate conversion rate were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the mortality of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and sinus heart rate conversion rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Telmisartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation has significant clinical effect, it greatly improve the sinus heart rate conversion rate,and significantly reduce the mortality of patients, reduce the hospitalization days, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
