摘要
介绍了安钢第二炼轧厂保温炉在使用过程中出现的炉体耐材脱落、烧嘴容易脱火及燃料消耗偏高等问题,并针对这些问题进行了原因分析,采取了相关的工艺优化措施,最终达到了保温炉安全稳定运行和节能降耗的目的。
The problems that refractor^^ matter fall off ,nozzle blow-off and high energy consumption in using process of holding furnace in No.2 steel make factory of Anyang Steel are introduced, by analyze the cause of the problems, take relative optimized measure, finally reached the purpose of safe operation and energy conservation.
