茵栀黄颗粒与蓝光联合治疗对新生儿黄疸患儿血清胆红素水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究茵栀黄颗粒与蓝光联合治疗对新生儿黄疸患儿血清胆红素水平的影响。方法随机选取我院收治的156例病理性新生儿黄疸患儿,按是否采用菌栀黄颗粒将所有患儿分为试验组与对照组,每组78例。对照组给予蓝光治疗,试验组在蓝光治疗的基础上给予茵栀黄颗粒治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前、后的血清总胆红素、结合胆红素的变化情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患儿的血清总胆红素、结合胆红素含量均降低,且试验组低于对照组,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予病理性黄疸患儿蓝光光疗联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗,能有效促进血清胆红素含量的降低,提高患儿临床治疗效果,减少治疗过程中不良反应发生,具有较高临床可行性和安全性。 Objective To study the effect of Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue light on neonatal jaundice serum bilirubin level in children with jaundice. Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of children with jaundice in our hospital were randomly selected, which were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether taking Yinzhihuang granules or not, with 78 cases in each group. The control group was treated with blue light, while the experimental group was given Yinzhihuang granules on the basis of the control group. The changes of serum total bilirubin, conjugated bilirubin, clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total bilirubin and conjugated bilirubin in the serum in the two groups decreased, and that of the experimental group was better than the control group, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion Given the children with jaundice blue light combined with Yinzhihuang granules treatment, can effectively promote the reduction of serum bilirubin levels, improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment process, which has high clinical feasibility and safety.
