舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的观察舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的临床效果。方法收集我院2014年6月至2016年10月收治的80例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,按照掷币法分为观察组和对照组,均为40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予舒适护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组并发症总发生率为15.0%,低于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05);观察组平均舒适度为(87.5±5.9)分,高于对照组的(62.8±4.7)分(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为97.5%高于对照组为75.0%(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果显著,提高了患者舒适度,降低了术后并发症的发生率,患者满意度较高。

Objective To observe the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Eighty cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients treated in our hospital from June 2014 to October2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the tossing method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comfortable nursing, then the nursing effect in the two groups were observed. Results The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 15.0% which was lower than 65.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the average comfort level of the observation group was（87.5±5.9）, which was higher than（62.8±4.7） of the control group（P〈0.05）; patients satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.5%, which was higher than 75.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy has significant effect, it can improve the comfort of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
