摘要
目的分析西药房患者退药的主要原因及应对措施,为减少西药房患者退药提供策略参考。方法选取西安市户县妇幼保健院门诊西药房在2014年2月至2016年2月接收的342份退药单为研究对象,对患者退药的原因进行分类、统计,分析相应策略。结果门诊西药房退药的原因主要包括5种类型,分别为医师原因(90例)、患者原因(41例)、药物原因(120例)、药房原因(44例)、医保原因(40例)和其他(7例);药物原因主要指患者使用口服药物后出现不良反应,没有拆开包装的退药。结论临床应提升医师对药物作用的认识,减少重复开药的概率,同时医院要主动建立动态沟通机制,对医生、药师的开药情况加强管理,同时加强药房的管理,减少西药房退药的次数,提高医生的工作质量。
Objective To analyze the main reasons and countermeasures of drug repercussion in the west pharmacy, and to provide strategy reference for reducing the drug withdrawal. Methods Three hundred and forty-two retreat orders received by Hu County Maternal and Child Care Service Centre outpatient clinic from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the study objects, then the reasons of drug withdrawal were classified and countermeasures were analyzed.Results The reasons of pharmacy drug withdrawal in clinic mainly included five types: physicians causes(90 cases),patients causes(41 cases), drug causes(120 cases), medicare pharmacy causes(44 cases), health insurance causes(40 cases)and other causes(7 cases). Drugs causes mainly referred to the use of oral drugs after the emergence of adverse reactions,without the packaging open. Conclusion We should enhance the physician understanding of drug effects, reduce the probability of repeat medicine, at the same time, hospitals should take the initiative to establish a dynamic communication mechanism, strengthen the management of medicine doctors, pharmacists and pharmacy, and reduce the number of pharmacy drug withdrawal, so as to improve the quality of doctors work.
