不同温度对碱性清洗剂清洗质量的影响

Effects of different temperature on the quality of alkaline cleaning agent

目的探讨不同温度对碱性清洗剂清洗质量的影响。方法 2016年5月至2016年8月,选取1 950件同质污染的手术器械,随机分为三组。将三组器械分别放入50、60、70℃的碱性清洗剂中,采用目测方法及放大镜进行观察,比较三组手术器械的清洗质量。结果三组手术器械肉眼观察及放大镜观察清洗质量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术器械在70℃的碱性清洗剂中清洗质量效果最好,微生物的含量最少,白色棉签检测合格率最高。结论不同温度下碱性清洗剂清洗质量有显著差异,碱性清洗剂随温度升高对各种有机物的去除作用增强。

Objective To study the effects of different temperatures on the quality of alkaline cleaning agent. Methods A total of 1 950 polluted surgical instruments were selected and randomly divided into three groups. Three sets of instruments were cleaned in alkaline cleaning agent at 50, 60 and 70 ℃ respectively. The cleaning quality were observed with visual method and magnifying glass observation, and the results were compared among the three groups. Results The cleaning quality through visual method and magnifying glass observation between the three groups had significant differences（P〈0.05）. At 70 ℃, the surgical instruments had the best cleaning quality and the lowest minimum microbial content, and the inspection rate of white cotton swab was the highest. Conclusion Under different temperature, the cleaning quality of alkaline cleaning agent has significant differences, the removal of various organic compounds can be enhanced with the increase of temperature.
