摘要
教师课程能力是教师顺利实施课程所必须具备的能力和要求,它包含课程理解能力、教材把握能力、课程实施能力和课程评价能力等四大要素。在这四大要素中,课程理解能力居于首要地位,提升课程理解能力是教师课程能力建设的逻辑起点。目前,教师课程理解能力普遍不高,主要的原因是在实施课程的过程中割裂了学科课程标准和课程改革的联系,淡化了对学科课程价值的理解,忽视了对学科课程的整体把握。要提升教师的课程理解能力,需要教师重新认识科学的教育观,重温课程改革的理念,深刻理解学科课程的价值。
Teachers’ curriculum competence is teachers’ indispensable ability to smoothly implement curriculum, including four elements: curriculum interpreting competence, teaching material controlling competence, implementing competence and assessment competence, among which curriculum interpreting competence is primary for the constructing of teachers’ curriculum competence. Currently, teachers’ curriculum interpreting competence is generally not high, which is mainly caused by separating the connection between subject curriculum criteria and reform, diluting the understanding of curriculum values, and neglecting the overall grasping of subject curriculum. To develop teachers’ competence of curriculum interpretation requires teachers to further understand the scientific view of education, review the idea of curriculum reform, and deeply interpret the value of subject curricula.
