不同模式内科疗法对重症哮喘患者的临床价值评价

Clinical value evaluation of different modes of medical therapy in patients with severe asthma

目的探讨不同模式内科疗法对重症哮喘患者的临床价值。方法将2015年1月至2017年1月我院收治的80例重症哮喘患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组患者给予常规内科疗法进行干预,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上给予综合治疗干预。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的pH、PaO_2、PaCO_2及PEF水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的pH、PaO_2、PaCO2及PEF水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将内科综合治疗方式应用于重症哮喘患者的临床治疗中,可提高临床治疗效果,有效改善患者的气体峰流速和动脉血气分析值,值得在临床实践中推广和使用。

Objective To invesligale the clinical ejects of differenl modes of medical therapy in patients with severe aslhma. Methods Eighly cases of palienls with severe asthma in our hospital from January 2015 lo January 2017 were selected as lhe subjects of this study, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional medical therapy intervention, while lhe observation group was given comprehensive treatment intervention on lhe basis of lhe control group. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between lhe lwo groups. Results The lolal effective rale of clinical treatment in lhe observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. Before treatment, lhe levels of pH, PaO2, PaCO2 and PEF in lhe lwo groups were nol significantly differenl （ P〉0.05）; after treatment, lhe levels of pH, PaO2, PaCO2 and PEF of lhe lwo groups improved, and those of lhe observation group were belter than lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medical comprehensive treatment inpalienls with severe aslhma can improve lhe clinical treatment effect and effectively improve lhe gas peak flow and arterial blood gas analysis level of palienls, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
