摘要
目的分析迅速高效的硬式内镜相关器械清洁方式的效果。方法随机选取2014年1月至2015年1月内镜术后受到重型污染的硬式内镜相关器械999件,每次手术选择3件,按照随机列表法分为对照组、研究组1与研究组2,每组333个。对照组的器械应用常规的清洁方式,研究组1的器械应用6 min多酶超声方法进行清洁,研究组2的器械应用3 min多酶超声方法进行清洁,以杰力试纸及Protect M判断并比较三组器械的清洁质量。结果对照组的器械清洁后的Protect M判定阳性率是45.35%,而杰力试纸的判定阳性率是40.54%,研究组1的器械清洁后的Protect M判定阳性率是12.91%,杰力试纸的判定阳性率是18.32%,研究组2的器械清洁后的Protect M判定阳性率是22.22%,杰力试纸的判定阳性率是30.33%。研究组1、2 Protect M和杰力试纸阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组1 Protect M和杰力试纸阳性率低于研究组2(P<0.05)。结论将清洁流程中的多酶类清洗液的浸泡操作和超声清洁操作相互结合、同时展开,不仅能够增加清洁的速度,还能够增强清洁的质量,而多酶类清洗液的浸泡操作结合超声清洁操作实施6 min的清洁质量显著高于联合清洁3min的质量,可以在临床中进一步应用。
Objective To analyze the effecl of a rapid and ei^eclive cleaning method of rigid endoscopic equipment. Methods Nine hundred and ninly-nine pieces of rigid endoscopic equipments with heavy pollution after endoscopic surgery were randomly selected from January 2014 lo January 2015, with three equipments were selected in each operation. The equipments were assigned lo control group, study group 1 and study group 2 in accordance with lhe random number table, with 333 pieces in each group. The control group was given conventional cleaning method, lhe study group 1 was given 6 min mulli-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning method, and study group 2 was given 3 min mulli-enzyme ultrasound cleaning method. The cleaning quality of equipments in lhe three groups were determined by Jieli paper detection and Protect M detection. Results The positive detection rale in lhe control group was 45.35% by Protect M detection and 40.54% by Jieli paper detection. The positive detection rale in lhe study group 1 was 12.91% by Protect M detection and 18.32% by Jieli paper detection. The positive detection rale in lhe study group 2 was 22.22% by Protect M detection and 30.33% by Jieli paper detection. The positive detection rales determined by Protect M detection and Jieli paper detection in lhe study group 1, 2 were significantly lower than those in lhe control group ( P〈0.05), and those in lhe study group 2 were significantly lower than lhe study group1 ( P〈0.05). Conclusion Mulli-enzyme cleaning liquid immersion combined with ultrasonic cleaning operation could nol only increase lhe cleaning speed, bul also enhance lhe quality of cleaning. The cleaning quality of 6 min mulli-enzyme combined ultrasonic cleaning operation was significantly higher than lhal of 3 minutes, which is recommended lo use in clinic.
