疏肝健脾汤治疗肝郁脾虚型脾胃病的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of Shugan Jianpi decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease of liver and spleen deficiency type

目的探讨疏肝健脾汤治疗肝郁脾虚型脾胃病的临床疗效。方法选择我院2015年7月至2016年3月诊治的肝郁脾虚型脾胃病患者86例作研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例。观察组采取疏肝健脾汤治疗,对照组口服吗丁啉联合雷尼替丁治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、胃黏膜修复效果和幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)清除率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.7%,胃黏膜修复总有效率为95.3%,Hp根除率为93.0%,分别优于对照组的81.4%、76.7%、74.4%(P<0.05)。结论肝郁脾虚型脾胃病经疏肝健脾汤治疗的临床疗效肯定,可有效修复患者胃黏膜,提升Hp清除率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To invesligale the clinical curative e^ecl of Shugan Jianpi decoction in the Irealmenl of spleen and stomach disease of liver and spleen deficiency type. Methods From July 2015 lo March 2016, 86 cases of palienls with spleen and stomach disease of liver and spleen deficiency type in our hospital were enrolled in lhe study, and were randomly divdied into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The observation group was given Shugan Jianpi decoction, while lhe control group was given oral domperidone combined with ranitidine. The treatment effects, gastric mucosal repair and H. pylori （Hp） clearance were compared between lhe lwo groups. Results The lolal effective rale was 97.7%, lhe lolal effective rale of gastric mucosal repair was 95.3%, lhe eradication rale of Hp was 93.0% in lhe observation group, which were belter than 81.4%, 76.7%, 74.4% of lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shugan Jianpi decoction in lhe treatment of spleen and stomach disease of liver and spleen deficiency type has remarkable clinical efficacy, which can effectively repair lhe patient＇s gastric mucosa, enhance lhe Hp clearance rale, il is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
