连续护理模式应用于缺血性卒中患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of continuous nursing model in patients with ischemic stroke

目的研究对缺血性卒中患者采用连续性护理模式的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2016年9月我院收治的92例缺血性卒中患者为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予连续性护理。比较两组患者生活质量及日常活动能力。结果干预后,两组患者的生活质量评分均明显高于干预前,且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的Barthel指数均明显高于干预前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为缺血性脑卒中患者提供连续性护理模式,可有效提高患者生活质量及日常活动能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of continuous nursing model in palienls with ischemic stroke. Methods Ninely-lwo chemic stroke palienls admitted in our hospilal from January 2016 lo September 2016 were selected as the study objects, all the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and lhe observation group accepted continuous nursing model. The quality of life and daily activity ability were compared between lhe lwo groups. Results After intervention, lhe quality of life scores in lhe lwo groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in lhe observation group were higher than lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. After intervention, lhe Barlhel indexes in lhe lwo groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in lhe observation group were higher than lhe control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing model in palienls with ischemic stroke can significantly improve lhe palienls＇ quality of life and daily activity ability, which can be widely applied and promoted in clinic.
