腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy in the treatment of appendicitis

目的探讨腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的围手术期护理方法。方法选取我院2014年8月至2015年8月收治的110例行腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除患者作为临床研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组行常规护理方法护理,研究组采用综合护理方法护理。比较两组患者护理总满意率、切口愈合情况、术后排气时间、住院时间和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组护理总满意率、甲级切口愈合率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后排气时间、住院时间、肠梗阻及切口感染发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组腹胀、肠粘连发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合护理应用于腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术患者具有良好的临床疗效,提高患者护理满意度,改善患者术后生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore lhe perioperalive nursing for appendicilis who lrealed by laparoscopic relrograde appendeclomy. Methods A lolal of 110 cases of palienls wilh appendicilis lrealed by laparoscopic relrograde appendeclomy in our hospilal from Augusl 2014 lo Augusl 2015 were selecled as lhe research objecls and randomly divided inlo experimenlal group and conlrol group. The conlrol group was given rouline nursing and lhe experimenlal group was given comprehensive nursing. The lolal rale of nursing salisfaclion, lhe condilion of wound healing, posloperalive exhausl lime, hospilalizalion lime and adverse reaclions were compared belween lhe lwo groups. Results The lolal rale of nursing salisfaclion and class-A wound healing in lhe experimenlal group were higher lhan lhose in lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. The posloperalive exhausl lime, hospilalizalion lime, lhe incidence of inleslinal obslruclion and incision infeclion in lhe experimenlal group were beller lhan lhose in lhe conlrol group （P 〈0.05）. There was no significanl difference in lhe incidence of inleslinal flalulence and adhesion belween lhe lwo groups （ P〉0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing for laparoscopic relrograde appendeclomy has a good clinical effecl, which can improve lhe nursing salisfaclion and qualily of life of palienls and ilis worlhy of clinical promolion.
