产房护理安全管理在产妇分娩中的应用分析

Application analysis of nursing safety management in delivery room during maternal childbirth

目的研究分析产房护理安全管理在产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月1日至2016年6月30日我院收治的产妇213例为本次研究对象,按照入院后采用的护理方式的不同分成对照组和观察组。对照组106例产妇采用优质护理,观察组107例产妇在此基础上加强护理安全管理,对比两组产妇护理满意度及护理风险事件发生情况。结果统计两组护理满意度,观察组达到94.39%,对照组达到87.74%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理操作风险事件总发生率为2.80%,低于对照组的12.26%(P<0.05)。结论产房护理安全管理在产妇分娩中的应用效果显著,可有效降低风险事件发生率,提高了产房安全性和产妇护理满意度,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To study the effecls of malernily nursing safely management in delivery room. Methods Two hundred and lhirleen cases of malernals admilled in our hospilal from January 1, 2016 lo June 30, 2016 were selecled as lhe research objecls, and divided inlo conlrol group and observalion group according lo lhe differenl nursing melhods afler admission. One hundred and six cases in lhe conlrol group were given high qualily nursing care, while 107 cases in lhe observalion group were given malernily care managemenl on lhe basis of lhe conlrol group. The nursing salisfaclion of malernals and incidence of nursing risk evenls were compared belween lhe lwo groups. Results The nursing salisfaclion in lhe observalion group reached 94.39%, and lhe conlrol group was 87.74%, lhe difference was slalislically significanl belween lhe lwo groups （ P〈0.05）. The overall incidence rale of malernals nursing risk evenls in lhe observalion group was 2.80%, which was lower lhan 12.26% in lhe conlrol group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Delivery room nursing safely managemenl has significanl applicalion effecl in malernals＇ delivery, il can effeclively reduce lhe incidence of risk evenls, improve lhe safely of delivery room and malernals＇ nursing salisfaclion, which is worlhy of furlher clinical promolion.
