黔南布依族武术文化遗产现状与保护博弈研究

The Status Quo and Protection of Qiannan Buyi National Wushu Cultural Heritage

文章采用文献资料法、访谈法和博弈论的分析方法,对黔南布依族武术文化遗产的生存状态、保护状态、保护主体以及利益取向进行研究。结果表明:黔南布依族武术生存状况不容乐观,保护状况不理想;政府、遗产保有者和社会组织是传统体育文化遗产保护的主体,并且存在事实上的博弈关系,政府先完善政策法规并执行到位,提高资金支持力度,加强保护工作的检查监督,最终形成政府主导、遗产保有者传承、市场介入、社会力量参与的民族传统体育文化保护的理想模式。

This paper uses literature, interview and game theory to study the survival status, protection status, protection subjects and interest orientation of the Wushu cultural heritage of Qiangnan Buyi nationality. The results show that the survival situation of Qiangnan Buyi nationality is not optimistic and the protection situation is not ideal. Government, inheritance retain and social organization are the main parts of the traditional sports cultural heritage protection, and there is in fact the game relationship, the government to perfect the policies and regulations and implementation in place, increasing the support funds, strengthen the protection work of checking and supervision, eventually form a government-led, heritage have inheritance, market intervention, social forces to participate in the ideal mode of national traditional sports culture protection.
