太极拳人才培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivation of Tai Chi Talents

随着社会经济的发展,太极拳运动在国内外得到广泛的传播,但是其中的一些做法却抛开了我国优秀的文化内涵,究其原因,主要是缺乏专业的、优秀的太极拳人才。目前存在的对太极拳理解太过片面,导致太极拳练习者水平不高。优秀人才的匮乏成为现代太极拳专业学校培养模式、教学方法和教学内容不够健全,难以培养出合格的优秀太极拳传承者的主要原因。基于此,对太极拳优秀人才培养模式进行研究,主要从现有的太极拳培育学校出现的问题出发,分析其中的教学现状,并且为提高太极拳专业教学机构的成效,提出了建立现代太极拳培养的新模式。

With the development of our society, Tai Chi has widely spread at home and abroad. However, in this process, the cultural connotation of our nation is lost to some extent, which is mainly due to the lack of professional and outstanding Tai Chi talents. Currently, the biased understanding of Tai Chi hinders the improvement of Tai Chi trainers. Furthermore, the lack of professional Tai Chi instructors, scientific teaching methods and teaching contents are the main difficulties of cultivating Tai Chi talents. Based on this, the author starts from pointing out the problems of Tai Chi schools, analyzes the status quo of teaching, propose a new mode of cultivating Tai Chi talents in order to improve the teaching effect of professional institutes.
