摘要
文章首先对太极柔力球的概念、特点进行阐述,对高校开设太极柔力球课程的积极影响进行说明,同时,分析高校开设太极柔力球课程教学现状,提出促进高校太极柔力球课程的对策,以期为高校开设太极柔力球课程的开展提供理论参考。
This article first explains the concept and characteristics of Taiji soft ball, and the positive impact of the Taiji Softball course in Colleges and universities, meanwhile, analyzes the curriculum teaching situation in colleges and universities, puts forward some countermeasures to promote the Taiji Softball curriculum, in order to provide a theoretical reference to carry out the creation of Taiji soft ball course for colleges.
