摘要
文章采用文献资料法和观察法,基于教育学和心理学等理论基础,根据武术的本义,从大学生身心发展特点和主体需求等方面对普通高校武术课中嵌入攻防技击内容的意义性进行探讨。研究指出:在普通高校武术课中嵌入攻防技击内容可以激发学生兴趣、促进武术动作学习、实现学生主体需求、增添教师个人魅力。
Based on the theoretical basis of pedagogy and pedagogy, this paper discusses the significance of embedding the content of attack and defense in martial arts in colleges and universities according to the original meaning of martial arts, the characteristics of college students' physical and mental development and the needs of subject. The research points out that embedding the attack and defense content in the martial arts class of ordinary university can stimulate students' interest, promote the study of martial arts action, realize the students' subjective demand and add teachers' personal charm.
