摘要
文章旨在对八段锦练习中人体脑电、肌电及心电的实验监测,在中医学整体观视域下,找出八段锦功法"调身""调息""调心"代表的部分指标脑电、肌电及心电数据变化过程,分析脑电、肌电及心电之间的变化规律,得出三者之间的协同关联作用,进而分析健身气功·八段锦锻炼过程中强调的"三调合一"境界,从而证明在八段锦练习过程中通过调节身形、控制呼吸,使人体进入和谐稳定的状态,对人的脑部有较好的放松作用,对于脊柱和经络起到牵拉按摩效果,系统形成对交感神经和迷走神经的积极影响,起到提高心脏的自我保护机能。
