需求满足、政策认知与待遇享受——社会养老保险对农村老人幸福感影响的实证分析

Demand Satisfaction,Policy Cognition and Treatment Enjoyment:Empirical Analysis of the Effect of Social Endowment Insurance on Happiness of Rural Elderly

研究农村地区社会养老保险对其直接受益人农村老人幸福感的影响,有助于更好地认识城乡居民基本养老保险的实施绩效,促进城乡居民基本养老保险的健康可持续发展。本文利用对湖北省农村老人问卷调查的数据,分析了当前农村地区社会养老保险对农村老人幸福感的影响。研究发现,养老金待遇满足农村老人基本生活需求的程度并未显著影响农村老人的幸福感,农村老人对社会养老保险政策的认知则在一定程度上显著影响了其幸福感。其中,农村老人对养老金待遇的评价越高,其幸福感越高,而认为其养老金待遇比城镇职工低的农村老人,幸福感则相对较低。另外,享受养老金待遇的状况也对农村老人的幸福感有一定的影响。

Research On the effect of rural social endowment insurance on the happiness of rural elderly is beneficial to understand the implementation performance of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents,and also promotes healthy and sustainable development of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents. Using the survey data of the rural elderly from Hubei province,this paper examines the effect of rural social endowment insurance on the happiness of rural elderly. It is found that the extent of the pension to meet the demand of rural elderly has no significant impact on the happiness of the rural elderly. As for policy cognition,it has partially significant effect on the happiness of the rural elderly. The higher assessment of pension benefits,the more intensive happiness the elderly will have. And those rural elderly who consider their pension benefits is lower than workers＇ have a lower happiness. In addition,the condition of enjoying pension benefits also has a certain effect on happiness of the rural elderly.
