摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法从体育教师、学生、教材三个方面深入剖析,从教师与学生、教师与教材、学生与教材、学生与学生四个方面讨论体育课堂冲突产生的原因。同时根据体育课堂教学冲突存在的状态和作用将其分为显性正向、显性负向、隐性正向和隐性负向四大类。最后,分析体育课堂教学冲突的利弊,并针对如何预防负向冲突以及怎样发挥冲突的正向作用,提出课堂冲突管理的正确策略。
This paper analyzed the reasons of physical education class teaching conflict from the aspects of physical education teachers, students and teaching materials by means of literature and logic analysis. According to the status and role of the existence of sports classroom teaching conflict, it could be divided into four categories:dominant positive, dominant negative, recessive positive and recessive negative. Finally, the pros and cons of teaching conflict in physical education were discussed, and this paper put forward the certain strategy of classroom conflict management for how to prevent negative conflicts and how to play the positive role of conflict.
