高职院校辅导员职业化问题探析

On Professionalization of Counselors in Vocational Institutes

辅导员是高职院校基层学生管理工作的落实主体和主要力量,但是由于辅导员的非专业化导致了高校学工队伍的不稳定性,严重影响了人才培养质量。如何加强辅导员队伍职业化建设,是解决当前高职院校学生工作短板的重要方向。笔者针对辅导员职业化的必要性、非职业化存在问题进行分析,提出了高职院校辅导员职业化的构想,并对高职院校辅导员队伍建设提出合理化建议。

Counselors are the specific main body and main force in student management in vocational institutes. But the non-professional counselors led to the instability of college student affairs management team,which seriously affected the quality of personnel training. How to strengthen the professional construction of counselors team building is an important way to overcome the shortcomings of student affairs management in vocational institutes. The author analyzes the necessity and nonprofessional problems of counselors5 professionalization, puts forard the conception of professionalization of counselors in vocational institutes and makes rational suggestions for the construction of counselors ＇ team in vocational institutes.
