精准扶贫背景下的高校图书馆文化扶贫模式研究

Study on Cultural Poverty Alleviation Model of College Libraries under Precise Poverty Alleviation

高校图书馆参与精准扶贫既是履行社会责任,也是实现自身社会服务功能。高校图书馆可以利用自身资源、技术、人才等方面优势,开展文化精准扶贫。开展图书下乡进村活动,是文化扶贫最直接的形式;针对贫困地区和弱势群体,提供技能培训、就业创业指导、共享信息资源、远程教育及终身教育服务是文化扶贫的一种主要形式;还可以通过与政府和基层文化教育单位合作,参与地方公共文化服务体系建设,为贫困地区发展提供智力支持。

The participation of college libraries in poverty alleviation is not only the fulfillment of social responsibilities, but also the realization of their own social seryice functions. College libraries can use their own resources, technology,talents and other advantages to carry out cultural precision poverty alleviation. It is the most direct for^n of cultural poverty alleviation to carry out book village rural activities. For poor areas and disadvantaged groups,providing skills training,employment and entrepreneurship guidance,sharing infor^nation resources,remote education and lifelong education seryices are the main forns of cultural poverty alleviation. It can also participate in the construction of local public cultural service system through cooperation with the government and grassroots units of culture and education so as to provide intellectual support for the development of poverty- stricken areas.
