用微生物和酶制剂处理城市黑臭河道的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为应对城市河道黑臭污染严重现状,对比研究典型的生物技术—微生物菌剂和酶制剂对实际城市黑臭河道的处理效果。实验证明,在投加微生物菌剂和酶制剂反应15d后,微生物菌剂处理的水体COD、NH_3-N依旧为劣V类水,但经过酶制剂处理后的水体提高至Ⅳ类水,COD、NH_3-N去除率分别为90%、77%,嗅味、色度有效消除。经过45d的处理后,微生物菌剂处理后的水体河道水质可由劣V提高至类V水,SCOD、NH_3-N去除率分别为58%、70%,异味消除,但色度不降。结果显示,使用酶制剂对黑臭河道去除效果较好。 In order to face the serious pollution status of urban malodorous watercourse, the paper compares and studies the treatment effect of typical biotechnology--microbial bacterial agents and enzyme preparation on urban malodorous water-course. The experiment showed that the microbial bacterial agents and enzyme preparation were put into the malodorous wa-tercourse and after reaction of the microbial bacterial agents and enzyme preparation for 15 days, COD and NH3-N in the water body treated by microbial bacterial agents became the inferior water of V species. Yet after treatment of enzyme preparation, the water body upgraded to the water of IV species, the removal effciency of COD and NH3-N was respectively at 90% and 77%, the smell and chroma eliminated effectively. After treatment of microbial bacterial agents for 45 days, the water quality of the river watercourse upgraded to the water of V species from the inferior water of V and the removal effciency of SCOD and NH3-N was respectively at 58% and 70%, the smell was eliminated, but the chroma was not reduced. The result shows that the removal effect is much better by using enzyme preparation to treat the malodorous watercourse.
