老年冠心病急性发作期病人血清同型半胱氨酸与LPL基因多态性相关分析

Correlation between Serum Homocysteine and LPL Gene Polymorphism in Elderly Patients with Acute Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨老年冠心病急性发作期病人血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)基因多态性的关系。方法选取2015年1月—2016年3月在我院治疗的冠心病病人84例(观察组),同时选取健康者53名作为对照组,检测两组LPL基因位点rs11570892多态性以及血清Hcy、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果观察组Hcy和TG分别为(20.10±6.43)μmol/L和(1.81±0.93)mmol/L,明显高于对照组,而HDL-C为(0.81±0.21)mmol/L,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组LPL rs11570892位点基因型及等位基因分布比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组GG型病人TG为(2.13±0.41)mmol/L,明显高于AA和GA型病人,而HDL-C为(0.71±0.18)mmol/L,明显高于AA和GA型病人,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同基因型血清Hcy、TC和LDL-C比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LPL基因多态性与老年冠心病急性发作期血清Hcy无关,其可能与病人血脂水平有关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine （ Hcy）and Lipoprotein lipase （ LPL）gene polymor -phism in elderly patients with acute coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty four patients with coronary heart disease in our hospi-tal from January 2015 to March 2016 were as observation group.Fifty three healthy individuals were as controls.The polymorphism ofLPL gene locus rs11570892 and serum Hcy,total cholesterol （ TC） ,triglyceride （ TG） ,low density lipoproteincholesterol （ LDL C）and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL C）levels were detected.Results The levels of Hcy and TG were （ 20.10±6.43）mmol/L and （ 1.81±0.93）mmol/L in observation group,which was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈0.05） .HDL Clevel was （ 0.81±0.21）mmol/L,which was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈0.05） .There was no difference in LPLrs11570892 locus genotype and allele between two groups （ P 〉0.05） .TG level in observation group with GG patients was signifi-cantly higher than that in patients with AA and GA （ P 〈0.05） .HDL C level in observation group with GG patients was significantlyhigher than that in patients with AA and GA （ P 〈0.05） .There was no difference in serum Hcy,TC and LDL C among patients withdifferent genotypes （ P 〉0.05） .Conclusion LPL gene polymorphism was not associated with serum Hcy in elderly patients with a -cute coronary heart disease,which may be related to the serum lipid level.
