营养支持在慢性阻塞性肺疾病营养不良病人中应用的研究进展

Research progress on nutritional supplementation of Malnutrition in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

综述了慢性阻塞性肺疾病营养不良病人的筛查工具、营养支持的途径、营养物的选择、营养支持量、营养成分配比,提出力求基于证据对营养支持的实施方法进行完善。

This article reviewed the screening tools,the way of nutritional supplementation,choice of nutrients,amount of nutritional supplementation,the ratio of nutrients for malnutrition patients with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It pointed out that to improve the implementation methods of nutritional supplementation should be based on the evidence presented.
