摘要
[目的]了解肿瘤科护士职业倦怠与道德困境的现状,分析探究护士道德困境对职业倦怠的影响,为降低肿瘤科护士道德困境与职业倦怠提出建议。[方法]选取5省14所三级医院肿瘤科护士483名,采用一般资料问卷、护士道德困境量表与护士职业倦怠量表进行调查,并对结果进行分析。[结果]护士职业倦怠得分为(52.39±19.45)分,处于较高水平。护士道德困境发生频率和困扰程度得分分别为(1.28±0.66)分和(1.34±0.83)分,处于较高水平;护士道德困境与职业倦怠总分呈正相关(r=0.360,P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示年龄、加班次数以及道德困境总分对护士职业倦怠有影响(P<0.05)。[结论]肿瘤科护士道德困境与职业倦怠处于较高水平,护士道德困境水平高则其职业倦怠水平也高。
Objective:To understand the status quo of job burnout and moral dilemma of nurses in the oncology department,to explore the influence of nurses' moral dilemma on job burnout,and to provide suggestions for reducing the moral dilemma and job burnout of nurses.Methods:A total of 483 nurses in oncology department from 14 third hospitals in 5 provinces were selected,and were investigated with general information questionnaire,Moral Dilemma Scale for Nurse,and Nurses' Job Burnout Scale.The results were analyzed.Results:Nurses' job burnout score was(52.39±19.45),which was at a high level.The nurses' moral dilemma incident frequency score was(1.28±0.66),and the bothered degree score was(1.34±0.83),which was at a high level.The total score of nurses' moral dilemma was positively correlated with the total score of nurses' job burnout(r=0.360,P<0.01).Stratified regression analysis showed that age,number of overtime and moral dilemma score had an effect on nurses' job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusions:The moral dilemma and job burnout of nurses in the oncology department were at a higher level.The higher level of moral dilemma was,the higher level of job burnout was.
