摘要
采用"低温早强成膜型水泥浆体系"在单分枝水平井三开煤层段固井进一步提高了封隔质量,减少了对产层的损害,从而相对的提高了产能。煤层埋藏深度浅、微孔隙和裂缝发育、机械强度和孔隙度低,易坍塌、易污染;三开套管环空间隙小。通过实验,研制低温早强成膜型水泥浆体系,优选水泥浆性能,采用适当的固井技术,保证了施工的顺利进行,固井质量达到了优质,为煤层气单分枝水平井三开固井施工积累了成功的经验。
using the "low temperature and early strength film forming slurry system" in the single branch horizontal well in the three open coalseam cementing further improve the sealing quality, reduce the damage to the production layer, thus improving the production capacity. Shal-low buried coal seam, micro pore and fracture development, mechanical strength and porosity are low, easy to collapse, easy to pollution; threeopen casing annulus space is small. Through the experiment, the development of low-temperature film type early strength cement slurry sys-tem, performance optimization of cement slurry, using appropriate cementing technology, ensure the smooth progress of the construction, thecementing quality to achieve the high quality, accumulated experience for coalbed methane single branch horizontal well cementing construc-tion three.
