撞楔钢棚锚喷支护在掘进巷道冒顶区域应用实践 被引量:7

摘要 巷道在掘进期间遇断层带时顶板会出现破碎、离层现象,甚至出现大面积冒顶,巷道冒顶后若不采取合理有效地支护措施不仅降低了巷道施工效率,加大了巷道清理难度,而且不利于掘进巷道安全施工,针对这一施工难题,山煤集团左云长春兴煤业有限公司综掘一队通过技术例会分析研究,决定对303运输顺槽巷顶板冒顶区域采取撞楔锚喷支护,实践证明303运输顺槽巷采用该支护措施后保证了巷道安全顺利施工,取得了显著成效。 in the case of fault zone during excavation roadway roof will be broken and separation phenomenon, even large area roof fall, theroof after the failure to take reasonable and effective supporting measures not only reduces the efficiency of roadway construction, increase thetunnel cleaning difficulty, but also not conducive to the tunnel construction safety, the construction problems, mountain coal Changchun Xinggroup Zuoyun coal limited digginga team meeting through technical analysis, decide on the 303 transport crossheading roadway roof cavingarea to hit wedge bolting, practice has proved that the 303 transport trough the roadway support measures to ensure safe and smooth construc-tion of roadway, and achieved remarkable results.
