摘要
在矿井空压机设备的基础上,研究开发热回收系统,回收压风机余热,降低机组运行温度,并将热能用于加热矿井洗浴用水,节省蒸汽,实现低碳经济;通过加装智能稳压控制器,实现压风系统排气压力的控制,降低矿井单位气量的电耗,降低设备的运行维护费用,增强系统的可靠性,实现了压风系统余热利用、安全、节能运行。
This thesis research and design heat recovery system based on the air compressor,which reach the point of heat recovery,machineoperating temperature reducing and use the heat to heat the bath water,realizing the energy saving and low-carbon economy.By add the intelli-gent stabilizer controller,control the exhaust pressure,and reduce energy consumption,spend the maintenance charge of machine operating,which realize the the safe and energy-saving use of afterheat of air compressor.
