It analyzes the methods of UTN network evaluation and summarizes the national network evaluation,summarizes the problems of evaluation,and puts forward ten UTN network evaluation indexes. Focusing on the evaluation of the calculation of indicators and criteria for the definition of the standard,combined with the indicators and evaluation work,gives the application example of evaluation indicators in the network,and the future network construction and optimization recommendations.
