摘要 为了定量评价油气集输系统用能情况,通过对比多种综合评价方法的适应性,优选出AHP融合模糊综合评价法。依照该方法,结合胜利油田某采油厂现场生产数据,构建了包含站外集输系统、站内系统、注水系统三大子环节的指标体系与评价标准,利用层次分析法确定各级指标权重,建立了集输系统用能模糊评价模型,阐述了模型应用的详细步骤,并对采油厂用能现状进行评价。确定了评价模型的关键参数包括评价指标权重向量及隶属度函数,根据最大隶属度原则,该集输系统评价结果为较好。该方法可以为集输系统用能优化提供一定的借鉴和指导。 In order to quantitatively evaluate the energy consumption condition of the oil and gas gathering and transportation system,by comparing the suitability of various comprehensive evaluation methods,the AHP integrated fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is chosen as the optimal one.According to this method and combined with the field production data of a oil production plant in Sheng Li Oilfield,the index system and evaluation standards that including the gathering and transportation system outside the station,the system in the station and the water injection system are constructed.All the index weights are determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the fuzzy evaluation model of energy consumption in gathering and transportation system is established,detailed procedures of the model application are explained,and the current situation of energy consumption in the oil production plant is evaluated. The key parameters of the evaluation model are determined, including evaluation index weight vector and membership function.According to the principle of the largest degree of membership, the evaluation result of the gathering and transportation system is better. The method can provide reference and guidance for the energy consumption optimization in the gathering and transportation system.
