大型气田开发工程具有投资大、建设周期长、专业复杂、系统性强等特点,做好项目的投资控制工作是项目管理的主要目的之一,也是保证项目目标实现的关键。为此,以元坝超深高含硫生物礁大气田开发建设项目为研究对象,从不同阶段系统分析了项目投资管理的有效控制方法,提出了抓好地质方案、地面工程方案和重点工艺路线优化,推行限额设计、设计优化和重大设备国产化,做好项目投资计划控制,实施标准化采购,强化招标和合同管理,控制工程变更等是做好大型气田开发工程投资控制的有效途径,通过有效的管控实现了元坝气田的高效开发和项目投资控制目标。

The large gas field development project has characteristics of high investment,long construction period,complex specialization and strong systematicness.Doing a good job of project investment control is one of the main objectives of project management,and it is also the key to achieving the goal of the project.For this reason,taking the large gas field development and construction project of the super-deep and high sulfide organic reef in Yuanba Gas Field,the effective control method of project investment management is analyzed from different stages.Optimizing the geological scheme,the ground engineering scheme and the key technological route,implementing the localization of quota design,optimization design and large-scale equipments,doing well in project investment planning and control,implementing standardized procurement,strengthening the bidding and contract management,and controlling engineering change are effective ways to control the investment of large gas field development projects.By the effective control,the efficient development of Yuanba Gas Field and the goal of project investment control are realized.
