摘要
玻璃液体温度计是一种常用的计量器具,在原油密度计量和体积计量时均可应用。为保证原油贸易计量的准确,在使用玻璃液体温度计计量温度时应注意不同浸没方式的条件,当测量过程不能满足浸没方式的规定条件时,应进行温度修正。原油密度计量时,玻璃液体温度计使用不正确会给原油标准密度的计算带来偏差,并最终导致原油质量的计量偏差;原油体积计量时,玻璃液体温度计未进行露出液柱修正时带来的计量偏差与原油密度计量时带来的计量偏差方向相反。建议在对《石油和液体石油产品实验室密度测定法(密度计法)(GB/T 1884)》进行修订时加入玻璃液体温度计使用过程注意事项的内容。
The glass liquid thermometer is a common metering instrument, which can be used in crude oil density metering and volume metering.In order to ensure the accurate metering of crude oil trade,attention should be paid to the difference of immersion modes when metering the temperature by the glass liquid thermometer. When the metering process cannot meet the prescribed immersion mode,temperature correction should be carried out.In crude oil density metering,the incorrect use of the glass liquid thermometer will bring deviation to the standard calculation of crude oil density,thus ultimately leading to the metering deviation of crude oil quality; in the volume metering of crude oil,the metering deviation of the glass liquid thermometer caused by no correction of exposed liquid column and that the metering deviation brought by the density metering of crude oil are in opposite directions.It is recommended that the points of attention about using the glass liquid thermometer should be added to the revision of the laboratory densitometry(densimeter method) of petroleum and liquid petroleum products(GB/T 1884).
