摘要 目的了解临床护理人员在证据应用培训期间的体验,帮助护理教育者、护理管理者更好地理解临床护理人员参加证据应用培训的心理感受以及证据应用培训项目,为证据应用培训项目的完善提供依据。方法对22名参加过证据应用培训项目的对象进行个人深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法提炼主题。结果被访者认为:证据应用培训不仅提升了职业认同感与自我效能,也规范了护理流程,但是在参加培训过程中会有一些负面情绪。结论证据应用培训能够为临床护理带来益处,具有临床可行性,但在开展过程中需要关注培训对象的负面情绪。 Objective To understand the experiences and suggestions of clinical nurses in evidence implementation training,to help educators and administrators of nursing understand participants' experience and the evidence implementation training program deeply,and to make the training project better.Methods 15 clinical nurses participated in the semi-structure interviews.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi's seven steps phenomenological procedure.Results Participants believe their professional self-identity and self-efficacy have improved through the training program.Participants experience negative emotion during the training process.Conclusions The evidence implementation training is applicable and beneficial to clinical nursing.Educators and administrators should notice the negative emotion of the participants.
