摘要
非专业院校的播音主持教学工作时间紧、任务杂、难度大,在应用型人才培养环境下教师要激发学生的学习动力,充分调动课堂积极性,利用课外教学机会加强与学生的交流、多灌输学习方法,通过从教学实践中凝取案例、归纳问题、对比成效、总结经验来进行教学工作的探索和创新,帮助学生塑造正确的专业观念来拓宽实践道路、提高专业技能。
It is difficult and challenging to teach Broadcasting and Hosting majors in non-professional broadcasting and hosting uni-versities in the limited time with complicated teaching tasks. With the target of training application-oriented talents, teachers can take full advantage of the extracurricular teaching to enhance the communication with students, stimulate their learning motivation and enthu-siasm in the class and indoctrinate the learning methods. Meanwhile, in teaching, in order to help students establish the correct profes-sional concept, widen the practice channel and improve their professional skills, teachers can explore and innovate teaching by collec-ting cases, concluding the problems, comparing the teaching effect and summarizing the teaching.
