摘要
本文从未来几年汽车零部件市场分析结合公司优势,调整战略新思路出发,论述了企业原有组织结构模式的弊端和组织结构调整对企业战略实现的重要意义。针对公司基本业务流程和组织结构,指出了原组织结构在新战略实施中存在的问题和不足,提出了用流程管理的思想对组织结构进行重构。本文认为,对于小型制造企业采用基于流程的矩阵化组织结构模式,能够解决部门职能交叉、业务流程效率低下和跨部门任务解决能力不足的问题。
This article analyzed the auto market in the near future and adjusted the strategy combined with company advantages.The disadvantages of the original organization structure mode and the important significance of organization structure adjustment for strategy implementation were discussed.Aimed at the basic business processes and organizational structure of the company,the problems and shortcomings of the current organization in the new strategy implementation were pointed out,the idea of using process management to reconstruct the organization structure was proposed.This article believes that it is effective to use matrix organization structure model based on the process to the small manufacturing enterprise and can improve the ability to business process and ability to solve problems of cross team.
