摘要 针对辽河油田洼一联合站污水水质指标较好,其热量未能进行有效利用,造成能量浪费和环境热污染等问题。通过热泵技术,使污水直接进热泵机组,将污水中大部分能量提取出来加热原油,可以达到减少天然气消耗,节约系统运行费用,减少环境污染的目的。洼一联合站采用热泵技术有效利用了污水余热,年节约天然气250×104m3,可减少CO2排放1.1×104t。 In view of the better water quality index of the Wayi combined station of Liaohe Oilfield, its heat can not be effectively utilized, resulting in energy waste and environmental heat pollution problems. Through the heat pump technology, the sewage can directly flow into the sewage heat pump units, can extract most of the energy to heat crude oil, which can reduce the consumption of natural gas, save the operation cost of the system, and reduce the pollution of the environment. Heat pump technology used in Wayi combined station can effectively apply the waste heat of sewage, which saves 250×104 m3 natural gas annually.
