油基钻屑微波热处理技术研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 随着社会不断发展,人们对能源的消耗逐年递增,为缓解能源紧张问题,我国正积极开发页岩气能源。页岩气开发开采过程中需要大量使用油基钻井液,这将导致大量含油钻屑的产生。油基钻屑处理不当会对周围环境产生巨大危害,因此,油基钻屑的无害化处理成为亟待解决的问题。通过简述常规油基钻屑处理技术,介绍微波处理技术的原理、特点及研究进展和展望。为油基钻屑微波热解处理技术高效节能、安全环保,为油基钻屑的资源化处理提供了新的思路和方向。 With the continuous development of society, people's energy consumption increased year by year, in order to alleviate the energy shortage, China is actively developing shale gas energy. Shale gas development and production process requires extensive use of oil-based drilling fluid,which will lead to a large number of oil cuttings produced. Inadequate handling of oil-based cuttings will cause great harm to the surrounding environment. Therefore, the harmless treatment of oil-based cuttings becomes an urgent problem to be solved. The principle, characteristics, research progress of microwave treatment technology are introduced in detail by briefly introduce the normal treatment technology of oil based drilling cuttings, which provides a new way of thinking and direction for the treatment of oil-contaminated drill cuttings.
