摘要 目前国内外许多油田为提高采出率,保证地层压力,均采油注水驱替的方式补充地层能量进行开采。但是开发多年后,管网的维护和改造使注水井的配注量发生了改变,使得在管网系统供水能力富裕的情况下,注水量与需水量不相匹配。而在注水系统中的不同注水站之间相互影响,当一个区域出现注水不足或过剩的情况,很难找出影响它的直接因素,因而造成资源的浪费。为解决上述问题,以国内某油田某区块为研究对象,对注水系统的压力及水量进行监控,明确压力异常原因后,指导开泵方案,降低日耗电量近1×104k Wh,约6.5万元,为油田降本增效提供有力的数据支撑和理论指导。 At present, many oilfields at home and abroad apply the method of oil production and water flooding displacement to replenish formation energy for mining to improve the extraction rate and ensure the formation pressure. However, after years of development, the maintenance and modification of the website has changed the allocation of water injection wells, so that the water supply and water demand do not match when the water supply capacity of the network system is rich. And in the water injection system, different water injection stations affect each other. When there is a shortage or surplus of water injection in one area, it is difficult to find out the direct factors that affect it, thus causing the waste of resources. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies a block of a domain oilfield. The pressure and water flow of the water injection system are monitored. After specifying the reasons for the abnormal pressure, we propose an open-pump scheme which reduces the daily power consumption by about 10,000 kilowatt hours and about 65 thousand yuan, providing strong data support and theoretical guidance for the cost decrease and efficiency improvement of oil field
