摘要
先张法预应力混凝土管桩因采用了离心成型的生产工艺,混凝土在离心力作用下产生分层,使管桩中混凝土的配合比和原设计配合比发生了变化,管桩中混凝土的实际强度也发生了变化。通过试验对比,分析了管桩芯样强度与同条件养护试块强度及标准养护28 d试块强度之间的关系。
Prestressed concrete pipe pile by using the production process of centrifugal casting,concrete delamination under the centrifugal force,the pile of concrete ratio and original design with the change happened,the actual strength of the pile concrete is changed. The relationship between the core strength of the pipe pile and the strength of the same curing block and the strength of the standard 28d test block was studied.
