摘要
以某大型演播厅空间结构加固改造工程为例,采用了一种新型的钢套筒-化学锚栓-钢牛腿的节点形式,在其有限空间内新建一种钢桁架结构体系,通过原有混凝土柱传递竖向载荷,成功地解决了在原混凝土柱上通过加环箍焊接悬挑钢牛腿的方式支撑新建结构。考虑了混凝土柱的损伤破坏,建立了混凝土柱-钢套筒-化学锚栓-钢牛腿的精细化有限元分析模型,采用了非线性弧长法计算,得出了该节点的极限承载力,评估了该节点实施的可行性。
This paper mainly based on a long-span structure of circular reinforcement project,a new kind of joint was adopted in this case,this joint called a steel sleeve with new chemical anchor bolt implanted,through this method vertical loads was transferred directly from the top to the foundation,it was successfully solved by adding steel sleeve combine with the welding steel corbel to support the new structure in the original concrete structure system. The damage and failure of the concrete columns were considered,through finite element analysis,the integrated of concrete column and steel sleeve with new chemical anchor bolt implanted and steel corbel finite element model was established,and then through the arc length method to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint and the feasibility was proved.
