格林巴利综合征合并韦尼克脑病1例

摘要 格林巴利综合征（guillain-barre syndrome,GBS）是一种急性自身免疫性多发性神经疾病,它是一种自身免疫反应介导的神经根神经炎,病程呈自限性,一般预后较好.临床常表现为进行性的四肢对称性无力、轻度感觉减退和腱反射减弱或消失,若累及颅神经及延髓可出现吞咽困难,甚至呼吸肌麻痹致呼吸困难[1].
