摘要由于老年人群中,骨质疏松广泛存在,由此导致的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折（osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,OVCF）成了老年生命健康的重要危险因素之一.经皮椎体成形术（percutaneous vertebreplasty,PVP）是近年来出现的针对OVCF有效治疗手段,目前在下胸椎及腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折的治疗上已广泛应用.
