社会工作本科毕业生就业问题及成因分析——以中原工学院为例

我国的社会工作专业高等教育的发展已有20多年,然而国家对于社会工作的重视和社会工作专业本科生的就业实际情况之间正在遭遇"热"期待和"冷"境遇。主要以中原工学院2009-2012年社工专业本科毕业生为调查对象,采用定量和定性研究,通过问卷调查、文献法、访谈法等获取中原工学院社工本科毕业生就业问题状况的资料及相关数据,分析了该专业毕业生就业情况成因,为改善该专业毕业生就业情况,促进其对社工专业发展前景的正确认识奠定基础。

This paper studies the social work undergraduate course graduate？s employment problems, to re-duce the object of study of social work graduates,emphasizing the uniqueness of this study. It pays attention tothe social work graduates^ employment situation and the unique characteristics of the problem. This paper usethe quantitative and qualitative research,through the questionnaire survey, literature method,interview access to data and related data,analysis of social work undergraduate course graduates＇ employment prand its causes. Meanwhile,according to the research,we will give the corresponding countermeasures and sugges-tions. It will promote social work graduates＇ employment and improve the present situation that social work pro-fessional graduat es do not dot he job even thought here are jobs about social work. At the same time, putting thefirs ma erials.
