摘要
为降低汽车在发生侧面碰撞时对驾乘人员的危害,减小对驾乘人员空间的侵入,提出一种汽车车门防撞梁的改进结构,可更好地吸收汽车发生侧面碰撞时产生的能量,从而为车辆提供足够的缓冲空间。改进后的防撞梁结构采用一字形布置且截面呈"W"状,相对已有的防撞梁结构更为简单,对安装空间的要求不高,在提供良好的侧面保护的同时兼顾轻量化设计的要求。最后,采用HyperMesh对改进后的防撞梁进行有限元分析,以确保其满足安全性要求。
In order to reduce the harm of occupants in the event of side collision,this paper proposes an improved structure of the anti-collision beam of the car door,which can realize the better energy absorption in side collision,so as to provide adequate buffer space for the vehicle.The improved anti-collision beam structure with a zigzag layout and"W"-shaped cross-section is relatively more simple,taking into account the requirements of lightweight design.Finally,the finite element model of the anti-collision beam is set up and analyzed by using Hypermesh,which verifies that it meets the safety requirements.
