摘要
针对三轴数控加工G代码中存在的空切、抬刀过高和碰撞等问题,改进G-buffer建模,对G代码的离散点进行几何切削仿真。仿真试验结果表明该方法可有效检测与优化G代码中存在的空切、抬刀过高和碰撞。
This paper presents a method to solve the issues of void-cut,over tool-lifting,and collision with G-code in three-axis machining.The existing G-buffer modeling is modified and the cutting simulation for the discretized points of G-code is carried out.The simulation results validate that the proposed method can effectively detect and optimize the void-cut,over tool-lifting,and collision with G-code.
