摘要
针对目前消防车维修任务重以及维修费用高等问题,考虑复杂系统维修过程中各子系统之间的经济相关性,以系统可靠性为约束,以整体维修费用最小为目标,建立复杂系统维修优化模型。以消防车制动系统为例进行优化分析,获得制动系统维修周期与维修费用的关系,并计算了一定可靠度下各子系统维修任务间隔。该方法可为制定复杂系统维修策略提供一定的指导。
To the problem of the heavy maintenance task and high cost about fire-fighting trucks,the group preventive maintenance optimal model was established.The optimal model of grouping preventive maintenance was subject to the system reliability considering the economic dependency among units.Meanwhile the reliability variety of units was analyzed.Finally,the method proposed in this paper was applied to brake system of fire-fighting truck,and the maintenance task interval of the subsystem was obtained.This method can provide scientific and effective theoretical base for complex systems.
