摘要
以滚刀破碎岩石时所受冲击载荷作为瞬态载荷输入,运用有限元软件分析得到了刀盘承载规律与承载的薄弱位置并与静力学分析结果相比较。结果表明:支撑筋与法兰连接处应力存在大幅度的突变,冲击载荷对刀盘应力大小影响明显,且最大等效应力大于静力学分析结果。
The impact load of the broken rock was used as the input of the transient load,a finite element analysis software was used to get the bearing capacity and the weak position of the cutterhead,and the results were compared to that of static analysis.The results show that the joints between the support bars and flange exist large stress mutation,the impact load stress significantly affects the stress of cutterhead,and the maximum equivalent stress is greater than the static analysis result.
