一种别墅升降式停车平台的受力分析及有限元仿真

摘要 介绍了别墅半地下车库前穿越升降式停车平台的基本结构以及其工作环境、工作原理和结构特点。为了得到此升降式停车平台的机构基本参数从而更好地完成设计工作,对其受力情况进行了分析研究并得到其在极限工作状态下的受力情况。为了保证此升降式停车平台在极限状态下能够安全稳定地工作,通过ANSYS对升降式停车平台的剪叉架中的叉臂进行了有限元仿真分析,最终得出的结论表明剪叉架叉臂的强度满足要求。此升降式停车平台已经生产出样机,调试与安全试验表明其满足设计要求。 This paper introduces the basic structure,working environment,working principle and structural features of the parking platform of a semi-underground garage.The force condition is analyzed and studied in order to get the structure parameters of the lifting platform to make the design more perfect.Through the force analysis,the stress distribution of the platform in the limit work state is got.In order to ensure the lifting parking platform safe and stable in the limit work state,the finite element simulation analysis of the fork arm of the lifting platform is carried out by ANSYS software.The conclusion shows that the strength of the fork arm can meet the requirements.The prototype of the lifting parking platform has already produced,and the further work is doing the debugging and the security experiment.
