摘要
以客运电梯超速保护装置之一的安全钳为研究对象,进行双楔块渐进式安全钳的结构设计,并通过计算确定了安全钳固定楔块和钳块的角度和高度参数,进一步对所设计的固定楔块和钳块模型进行有限元分析,证明了该设计满足安全钳的工作要求。此项工作对电梯超速保护装置的研究具有一定的理论指导意义。
The over-speed protection device for elevator car called safety gear is taken as studied object,which adopts the double wedge and progressive structure,and the angle and height of its fixed wedge and clamp block are calculated.Moreover,the finite element analysis on the model of the fixed wedge and clamp block is conducted,and the results prove that the design is qualified.This work has some theoretical guiding significance for the research of elevator over-speed protection device.
